Assistant Project Manager in Denver, CO

Assistant Project Manager:Assist the Project Manager to Plan, coordinate, direct and supervise personnel, subcontractors, and vendors engaged on projects ensuring that they complete the work on time, within budget and to the quality specified. Four year degree in engineering or construction management. 5 ? 8 years of contracting experience, including: subcontractor procurement and management, project administration (change orders, billings, meeting minutes), document control (RFI management, submittals). Estimating experience is a plus. Thorough knowledge of and expertise in the role of Project Engineer. In addition, must show competency in problem solving, decision making, dispute resolution, customer satisfaction, personnel management and overall leadership capability.
