$1,000 95 shasta 23 foot travel trailer camper rv (pueblo)

We have a 1995 shasta 23ft travel trailer camper RV. We have only had this for about a month bought it to move into and be full-timers but plans changed and now don't need or have the money for it. We live in aurora and at the moment it is sitting in pueblo at a RV park. Full bath with tub.4 burner range with ovenrefrigerator single door with freezer section insidedinette that folds down to a bed about a twin size bedtwo large couches that fold down to a very large bed a California king or biggera/c worksnew plumbing including water pumpwill come with sewage hoses will come with water hook-upswill come with wheel blockshas a bunk sleep area as well but it needs to be repaired the lady we got it from had taken it apart and it need to be put back together and better screws put in for the side holders when its down (folds up for storage space) the screws are lose and stripped. In total I believe it can sleep seven maybe 8 with the bunk but with out its at least 5. Comes with 2 large propane tanks I think they are 30 pounds tanks, but I am not sure on that, I don't know my tank sizes.electronic breaks and a break away break systemweight we do not know, but from the owners book and what the previous owners put in dry weight is about 3700 pounds and they had a loaded weight of around 5100 poundsIts a 2 axel model with four tires and does have a spare tire.television antennaHas a battery but I think it is dead we never tested it. Hitch height is 17 1/2" requirement. Do have a lot of the manuals to the equipment in the RV. Got the owner book, stove book, refrigerator book, toilet book, water heater book, and heater book. It needs a few repair but is in terrific shape otherwise. The floor is good beside at the door the door has had water come in and about a 5 ins from the door is soft. The tires need to be replaced soon, they don't look bad I have no idea how old they are. What I got with the manuals was a discount tire from 1990. So they may be just fine but I don't know and would just replace them. Not to bad I have found them for about $60 per tire. The roof has 1 leak at the vent in the bath room and the ceiling in around the vent needs to be repaired. Have the roof repair stuff just haven't had time to go fix it with how far away we are and my work and all things that need to be done here. Also you can see where this unit had a bigger past water problem on the roof but was fixed and repair by the last owner. She had a shop do the repair I have no information on this but this is what can be seen and tell if you have some carpentry knowledge. The propane works but 1 of the lines to the tanks was cut. Its a quick fix just need a coupler and 2 hose clamps. The cut is at the tank. The door also needs to be replace it came off in a high wind storm. It works it has been piece back on. It can be fix or just buy a new door I have found them cheap on-line. That what we where going to do it buy a new and put it on. We don't have key for it so you would need a lock smith to make you a key or buy a rekey kit to where you can do it your self. All else is in good shape. The lady we bought it from had the plumbing redone and replaced the water heater. Everything works. She did a lot of repairs which I don't know about but can be seen looking around it. We have lots of photos. If there something you need to see we may have it photoed, so please ask. Photos will add as many photos as I can to listing. call or text ([removed phone]cash only, no paypal or money ordersListing originally posted at http
